| Midnight (PST) December 7, 2011 | Deadline to submit Graduate Division Online Application. |
| December 7, 2011 | Deadline for all supporting documents to be uploaded to your online application. |
| Mid-Late January, 2012* |
Complete admissions files are reviewed for decision. |
| March 1, 2012* | Majority of applicants notified by email of results. Applicants recommended for admission will be notified first via email from the department. Within 1-2 weeks, applicants approved for admission by Graduate Division will receive another email with official admissions notification and offer letter. Applicants denied admission will be notified by email only. |
| March 15, 2012* | Remainder of applicants notified of results via email. |
